About the Advisory Board

The TLtC Advisory Board has basic responsibilities for ensuring the effectiveness of the TLtC webzine including:

  • Setting editorial and technology-related policies.
  • Approving any significant enhancements or proposed changes.
  • Providing both editorial and technical oversight. The Board will help guide the general tone and balance of the webzine and assist in developing editorial standards. Members may also advise on user experience, functionality, and other technology-related issues.
  • Acting as ambassadors to their own campuses and academic areas in order to help spread the word about the TLtC webzine and to help build virtual, as well as physical, communities of interest alongside the web site.

The Advisory Board is made up of faculty, staff, and students from throughout the UC system, and represent various academic disciplines, departments, and levels of technical expertise.
