Mellon Foundation Teaching & Technology Program: The Foundation’s program in Teaching and Technology supports promising research on university level online learning and distance education. The program focuses on evaluative research on the uses of instructional technology, with limited support for development of such technologies.   Mellon Foundation

Higher education HP Technology for Teaching Grant Initiative: The intent of the grant is for educators to develop and share effective educational approaches and experiences for applying mobile technology into learning environments with other professors on campus and beyond.

  International Research and Studies Program: Supports surveys, studies, and instructional materials development to improve and strengthen instruction in modern foreign languages, area studies, and other international fields to provide full understanding of the places in which the foreign languages are commonly used.   US Dept. of Education
  The Roadmap to Redesign (R2R): a three-year, FIPSE-funded initiative whose goal is to establish an efficient means of spreading the ideas and practices of the Program in Course Redesign to additional institutions.
